AP2300/AP2300P/AP-PSU48 Ethernet Switch
Products Overview
AddPac AP2300 Intelligent Ethernet
Switch is a next-generation Layer 2
Switch offering high network
availability, enhanced QoS (Quality
of Service) and adoptability. Also,
AP-PSU48 realizes easy network
formation with its PoE application for
various IP appliances.
It can be either deployed at the large scale network environment as a powerful
workgroup level networking solution by interoperating with the core switch, or a
backbone switch at the small scale network. Especially, AP2300 Ethernet Switch
features standard PoE (Power over Ethernet) capability. It provides 48V DC power
to IP phones and wireless LAN access points using external AP-PW48 power
module. When AP-PW48 power module is interfacing with UPS (Uninterruptible
Power Supply), the users enjoy continuous IP telephony service during the power
failure.
AP2300 prioritizes time-sensitive traffic such as IP telephony and video and offers
bandwidth control to all the related interfaces. Moreover, it offers automatic QoS
feature which realizes optimum traffic queuing by monitoring IP phones, VoIP
Gateway and IP videophones to ensure maximum performance of these
equipment. Blocking unauthorized users and delicately managing permitted users
are the security features of AP2300 LAN switch.
